Review of The Endless Summer (1966) by Dave R — 02 Mar 2011
Bruce Brown brings you one of the first pictures to document the surfing community and the sport itself. He also narrates and at times is quite funny with his casual and friendly approach. I've never been surfing, but The Endless Summer makes me want to give it a try.
However, it is a documentary and besides its beautiful photography, there isn't much to keep its viewers occupied. But it serves its purpose well nonetheless.
