Review of The End of America (2008) by Jonathan K — 14 Jan 2009
I'm not your typical news watching American, so I'm probably not who this is marketed towards, but I watched this in my media studies class and I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw.
Naomi Wolf brings up a lot of issues that I hadn't really though of before. While she makes a lot of stretches in her comparisons of the U.S. that the Bush administration created to Nazi Germany, some of which are purely coincidental, but it still gets you thinking. There's even former CIA and U.S. Army officials speaking about what they have seen, lending a greater air of credibility.
I highly recommend watching it, regardless of your political allegiances, left or right, it'll get you thinking and talking.
