Review of The Empire Strikes Back (1980) by Maverick G — 18 Dec 2015
The Empire Strikes Back makes large improvements on an already amazing franchise, with more personal scenes, a more diverse cast and more threatening villains. It's much darker than Episode One and it fleshes out the story, and is full of unexpected twists that leave us anxious for the closing chapter.
It's easy to see why the definitive Star Wars film is often considered a masterpiece of cinema.
