Review of The Empire Strikes Back (1980) by Brandon W — 09 Jan 2016
Takes an already perfect movie and expands upon it in every way. The action is bigger, the stakes are higher and the emotions of the characters are driving the story even more. Where as A New Hope was a simple tale of good versus evil, this story expands on the characters inner struggles and motivations.
Luke Skywalker's training of the force, Han and Leia's struggle to evade the empire and their blooming romance and introducing Lando Calrissian. Perfect film!
