"Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back" is an incredible, mind-blowing Sci-Fi movie of 1980. The plot to this movie is since "Luke Skywalker" portrayed by "Mark Hamil" destroyed the "Death Star", "Darth Vader" portrayed by "James Earl Jones" is looking for the "Rebels".

He eventually finds them on a planet named "Hoth". "Luke" later leaves to go to the "Dagobah System" to see "Yoda" portrayed by "Frank Oz" to be trained to become a "Jedi".

Meanwhile "Han Solo" portrayed by "Harrison Ford" and "Leia" portrayed by "Carrie Fisher" visit "Han Solo's" old friend so he can repair the damaged "Millennium Falcon".

"Darth Vader" then captures them to set up a trap for "Luke Skywalker". The plot to this movie is perfect, this movie took a much darker tone to it than the previous movie. The intro to the movie is amazing to watch and captivates you to watch the rest of the movie.

The middle of the movie is funny to watch "Luke Skywalker" be trained by "Yoda". And "Darth Vader" is very cold in this movie; he'll kill someone if they make even the slightest mistake.

The plot twist at the end is possibly one of cinema's greatest plot twists. The last shot of the movie is gorgeous to look at; the final shot is stunning to watch. The acting in "Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back" is incredible "Mark Hamil" and "Harrison Ford" really outdid themselves for this movie.

There is not a single weak performance in this movie. "John Williams" is the creator of the "Star Wars" soundtrack. The dark music that plays when "Darth Vader" is shown is perfect.

The music fits in perfectly with each scene. "Star Wars Saga" would've been a lot less successful if it wasn't for "John Williams". The special effects in this movie still look ground breaking to this day.

This is because of C.G.I. not being available at the time. The swamp that "Yoda" lives in looks amazing, you really feel like you're in the moment. Finally the way the movie is filmed, the movie scenes look very real due to "Irvin Kershner" directing.

As I mentioned before the final shot of the movie looks perfect, "Irvin Kershner" really outdid himself when directing this movie. This movie came very close to being bad because after "Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back" "Irvin Kershner" directed a couple bad movies e.

G. "RoboCop 2" and "Eyes of Laura Mars". If you enjoyed "Star Wars" then you definitely watch "Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back" as it has a dark plot, perfect acting and stunning visuals.

I give "Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back" a 10/10.
