Review of The Emperor's New Groove (2000) by Irina T — 11 Oct 2010

This is one of the most underrated Disney movies and is never spoken about anywhere. It's even difficult to find figurines of Cusco lying around in Disneyland simply because it wasn't publicized much. However, I feel that this is considered one of the best Disney movies in the 21st century, because after a few years Disney started to make 3D movies which completely suck.

The humour's great, the characters are interesting and funny, and what appeals to me most is the way the movie is delivered to the audience. The plot is simple and cliched, but Disney managed to make it a really entertaining show for the audience. I love the idea of being a llama as well. No one has ever managed a llama in a movie before I think, especially in an animated movie.
