YES! A cliche genre finally realized in the best possible way. "The Inspirational Teacher" flick that does not compromise by retreading the same hokey material. (Most people don't know that "Dead Poets Society" was considered cliche when it first came out.
..this film is better!) It does not cheat. And it is oh so effective. Easily one of my most favorite films ever.
