Review of The Emoji Movie (2017) by Omar B — 07 Apr 2018

It has already been established that The Emoji Movie is a really bad movie. There is no surprise about that! Looking back, though, I give it the tiniest amount of credit for actually managing to get kids into the movie theatre to actually see it, and pay for it!

I believe that this is what made The Emoji Movie succesful in the box office; small children wanting to see the movie and parents taking them to the movie. That is two tickets to The Emoji Movie! One for the parent and one for the child.

Another thing that I would like to "praise" The Emoji Movie for is that at least it entertained most of its target audience. I acknoledge that this movie is for children, like most animation movies, but Disney's movies can be enjoyed by kids and at least keep the parents awake.
