Seeing from the trailer, I think I already seen the whole movie, let's see, Gene is an emoji who has multiple expressions but he wanted to be like others (isn't that the plot for Wreck it Ralph?) and the emoji world is controlled by a person who has a phone (same concept for Inside Out).
The lesson is so cliche, "Be Yourself" This concept is shown in many movies already.
