They say art is subjective, so of course true art like this will get mixed views dependent on how people view and feel it. I would personally give it a 10/10 for humour, character development, plot and creativity.
After classics like angry birds the movie I didn't think sony could top that but good job sony you've done it and you've won yourself a fan.
