Review of The Elephant Man (1980) by Jeff B — 13 May 2015
A fascinating film in its entirety. Though it is not one that I would watch continuously, but it was definitely worth watching it for the first time. The true story of this unfortunate-looking man was very interesting.
Though I was stumped to know that this was a Lynch film. It was almost nothing like the other Lynch films that I have seen (other than a few moments in the movie that were very much Lynch-esque) and I was somewhat disappointed that it wasn't more like Lynch's work.
I did, however, fall into the characters, and I loved them. It is definitely a film that deserves to be in the text books.
