Review of The Eiger Sanction (1975) by Ben S — 03 Feb 2009
A bit rough around the edges in terms of acting (not Clint though) and script. Some bits are a bit stale (like how Miles Mellough is pantomime camp... a bit of uncomfortable homophobia there). Takes too long to get to the mountaineering (which is the best bit).
Overall it's quite enjoyable and one of the best films I've seen that features mountaineering.
