Review of The Egg and I (1947) by Lara J — 21 May 2010
I watched this for the first time 63 years after it was first made in 1947. It was interesting seeing the old vehicles and Betty holding her baby in the car without a car seat! I can't imagine living in a house without running water or a phone.
Then again, I can't imagine my husband buying a house without consulting my opinion first.
