I have to say that The Edge of Seventeen was a big disappointment for me. Based on the previews I was expecting a humorous teen angst film (i.e. Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Sixteen Candles...) but instead I was given a depressing teen angst film.
The film did have it's moments, but not enough to save it in my opinion.
