Review of The Edge of Seventeen (2016) by Jonathan C — 16 Mar 2017
This has immediately become one of my favorite teenage movies ever. I could go on and on about all the things this film gets right, but more than anything I was amazed by Hailee Steinfeld here. This legitimately should have earned her a Best Actress Oscar nomination.
Tons of laughs and tons of heart, this is one of my favorites from 2016 and I hate I didn't catch it in theaters.
