Not the revolutionary film you were hoping it would be but also not exactly boring. Woodey Harrelson the high point of the film. You could tell the ending the ending before it even happened. Soundtrack isn't terrible.
I give it a 4. It's watchable but it's not going to be the good time your looking for.
