Review of The Edge of Seventeen (2016) by Bfoore90 — 18 Nov 2016
I've long been a fan of Hailee Steinfeld and her work ever since I saw True Grit, I wish she would focus more on acting than singing because this movie really showcased her strengths as an actor. I walked into this movie thinking it would be something similar to "Mean Girls" or "The Breakfast Club" and its not like that in almost anyway.
Steinfeld, whose a drop-dead gorgeous actress almost completely sells her roll as this lovable, **** named Nadine. I simply can't say enough about just how good this movie is and how real and relatable it felt as I was watching it.
"The Edge of Seventeen" at the end of the day is a simply spectacular movie that can leave you laughing and crying with each passing scene.
