Review of The Edge of Seventeen (2016) by Aysha P — 03 Feb 2017

Different to all teen movies I've ever seen, Hailee Steinfeld's a terrific lead. I'd like to see more of her, she can definitely act. The dialogue was great, I can't really say anything bad about this movie except for that I wish that Nadine and Erwin kissed towards the end, as their relationship grew throughout the movie and I expected it, but it just ended without it.

Nadine is a character that has a journey of self discovery, and goes through ups and downs. Her story about finding the true meaning of friendship is touching and beautiful.
