Not just another found footage creepfest. Yes, Devil's Pass does suffer somewhat from the same issues that plague most in this subgenre: spots of rough acting and dialogue, contrived situations, odd character actions, etc.
But what sets this one apart is its very clever plot hook that builds up and takes the story in an unexpected, and over the top, direction with an ending that perfectly caps it and will leave you with a little bit of "WTF just happened?".
Fun, fresh addition and worth a watch.
