Having been a huge fan of the television series I was admittedly trepidatious...with good reason. With the exception of Willie Nelson (Uncle Jesse) and Jessica Simpson (Daisy) the casting was all wrong from top to bottom.
Despite her limited acting chops and lacking the spunk of her small screen predecessor, Simpson does what she does best and that is look good in a bikini.
