Review of The DUFF (2015) by Adela G — 11 Jun 2015
On the surface, there's a lot about this concept that is really pretty offensive- not least of all, the casting of Mae Whitman as the "ugly fat friend." By the end, though, it redeems itself and makes a point that will probably strike a note with its target audience.
I don't think I'd care to see this again, but it was better than I expected.
