Review of The DUFF (2015) by Lou A — 18 Aug 2015
A wonderful homage to the classic John Hughes teen-comedy films, with plenty of interesting modern twists. Whitman brings her role to life splendidly, as a likable nerd who everyone wants to root for. Her and Amell also have great chemistry in a romance that is plenty sweet, without feeling sugar-coated.
