WHAT I LIKED: For a movie to just while away a couple of hours - you could do much worse than 'The Duff.' There's just enough fun humour, character development and good acting to keep you engaged - it's just a bit of fun that carries a slight whiff of serious theme and relationship development to carry you along.
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: Overall, it's by no means the most exciting, funny or interesting film out there by any stretch of the imagination. It's plot is unbelievably one dimensional and cliched, and the ending is horrible - but these are all things which won't really affect you if you don't get too into it (which I certainly didn't).
VERDICT: You can have a bit of fun with this movie, but you'll forget about it as soon as you've seen it. 'The Duff' is a thoroughly average teen flick with little exciting to offer.
