The build up of Tom Hardy's character, the slow unraveling of his grit and perseverance, his connection to Rocco, and his ability to hold the audience in suspense to the point they are never sure he really knows what he's getting himself into until the very last moment.
Another great addition to the library of masterpieces brought to us by Mr. Hardy.
