Review of The Drop (2006) by Sin S — 31 Jul 2017
One of the best ensembles to ever be assembled in recent history, no one outshines the other instead each builds on the neighboring performance. The script is subtle, like Hardy's performance, with an indelible climax.
The clichés of the genre which reflect in this movie is easily offset by the distinctive personality wedged in the creases. But it is the ambiguity of Rapace's character and the ending that sets it way apart.
