Review of The Drop (1965) by Nick A — 10 Feb 2015
The script at its whole is a modest but slack work of drama, much as its lead performances are consequently tamed outputs from supreme players, but the two peak for a dynamite closing act that makes the film a bit tougher to forget and serves as reminder that Tom Hardy is one of the great working actors and also a monster badass not to be fucked with.
