Review of The Driller Killer (1979) by Gord T — 30 Jul 2007
Not a bad movie. low budget but fairly well acted. there is something about going around with a power drill, pissed off at the world for being a struggling artist who is becoming a failure with an art dealer.
it was great seeing all the bums he kills too. one of the bums, one he knew from earlier, was enjoying a drink in the dark in the park when ol' reno comes up with his drill and gets him unexpectedly in the stomach when he was trying to give him girl advice.
there could have been more death and fun in this one, thats where it loses 2 stars. but the idea is there and it was a pretty good job considering the low budget.
