As an epic fan of, The Doors, I would be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy it. Stone however is my least favorite director. Kilmer depicts the Legendary Rock Icon Jim Morrison, a tormented soul seeking to ease it with drugs and sex.
Stone however, directs the movie as though he is on acid. It gives the feeling of being high while watching it. The viewer will either love it or hate it depending on how they like the directing effects and if they are a fan of the band.
