Review of The Door in the Floor (2004) by Jeffrey C — 12 May 2012
One of the weirdest movies I have ever seen. Here's the concept: a middle aged children's author (Jeff Bridges) is seperating from his wife (Kim Basinger). So to keep him company and help him with his work, he hires an young assistant (Jon Foster).
Then his wife and assistant become a couple. Yes, a COUPLE. There is even have constant sex and masturbation scenes between the two of them. There are also quite a lot of scenes with Jeff Bridges nude.
I don't need to see your ass, Jeff... The film is quite sickening overall, and the storyline goes knowhere, and has no point of watching. The only thing worth watching it for is the film's superb and dark artistic quality.
