Adam Sandler goes on another vacation and Corona paid for it in partnership with Dunkin Donuts. That's it, that's the whole movie.

Did you want more? Ok, someone's ball sweat hits David Spade in the face and Adam Sandler plays yet another secret badass that everyone finds sexy despite the fact even he looks disgusted with himself. A few scenes happen for the sole purpose of being put in the trailer to drum up interest and the rest of the movie is absolutely incoherent, with plot threads so thin they could be used to puppeteer the two leading men. As the great Rich Evans coined it, this movie is filled with "nonmedy", that is, a joke that is so terrible it makes you stop laughing, even if you weren't laughing before. Watching Adam Sandler try to be charming and pal around with Spade (and I'll give him this much, he tried, which is more than you can say for most of his movies) is just painful to sit through. If you can slog yourself through the first half hour, which is clearly just another excuse for Sandler to ride a boat around, lounge around a mansion in Puerto Rico, and be unfunny, you're rewarded with absolutely nothing, the movie goes nowhere and the plot is an afterthought. Sandler is once again cast in the role of the Badass McCoolguy that all the women want and all the men want to be like, with the movie taking time to pause and let you take in how much of a badass he is, and in the end they cure cancer. Not as bad as some of his past projects, but there is not a joke to be found. The movie gives Sandler a sad backstory and Spade a terrible life in the hopes of tricking you into thinking the movie has a heart, but don't be fooled. You will not find a joke and you will not find any meaningful character development. Oh, but you can certainly find some delicious, refreshing Corona Extra. Say, pass me those Dunkin Donuts.
