Review of The Dish (2000) by Hugh W — 07 Sep 2007
Back when geeks had complicated rulers and it *was* rocket science, Australia was in the game. Hell yeah - we just did it our way is all. A great cast of favourites and plenty of humour keep the politics and the cringe in line.
I love this film just for being itself, but also for being something that shows Australian character outside of "The Castle" and "Kath and Kim". Rounded, warm and everybody wins - like a good cardigan really.
