Review of The Discovery (2017) by Oliver D — 18 Apr 2017
Thoroughly enjoyed this film. I'd first say that Jason Segel plays an excellent role and works well with Rooney Mara. Mara's character is interesting though at times she seems to exist only as a foil for Segel.
That's not Mara's fault of course but an observation. As the only major female role it would have been nice for her to have moments of plot development that rely solely on her.
