It would have been easy to simply make fun of The Room like everyone else has by now, however, Franco explores the charming creative ambition behind the film, and the passion to create something which many upcoming filmmakers share. The Disaster Artist is a surprisingly heartfelt journey about two friends trying to achieve a dream.
