Funny, intriguing, and thought-provoking, The Disaster Artist tells the story of the best bad movie ever made better than I ever expected. James Franco is perfect as Tommy Wiseau, absolutely nailing the accent, speech patterns, and mannerisms.
Seth Rogen, Dave Franco, Zac Efron, Alison Brie, and Josh Hutcherson also give great performances. Like The Room, The Disaster Artist made me laugh my ass off, but unlike The Room, The Disaster Artist does so on purpose, helping add up to one of the best movies-about-a-movie ever made.
