Review of The Disaster Artist (2017) by Isaque J — 07 Jan 2018

The Disaster Artist was a great surprise. The narrative of the film follows a pleasant rhythm, the characters are well explored and most importantly: humor and surprising sentimentality fit perfectly into a very well balanced dosage.

I did not expect the film to have such a touching side about friendship and dreams. And in addition, the film treated Tommy Wiseau's image with respect and comedy, which is rare, and much of this interesting insight that was given to Tommy should be credited to James Franco for this wonderful performance and the right direction.
