I went into this knowing about "The Room", but having never seen it...it didn't matter. This is one of the funniest films I have seen in a long time, and a well-made one at that. Touching, poignant and unique, it surpassed my expectations. James Franco did a great job in front of and behind the camera to bring this little story of an odd (but rich) duck to the screen.
I can't believe I'm giving this the same rating as "Lady Bird" and "Star Wars: The Last Jedi", but it's really a very good and entertaining film.
