James Franco gives his best performance in this earnest behind the scenes making of The Room. It's both touching and hilarious, if not groundbreaking. Dave Franco is also wonderful. Fans of the worst movie of all time and those intrigued by Tommy Wiseau as a figure will find a lot to enjoy and references to amuse.
