Review of The Disaster Artist (2017) by Alonso A — 19 Jan 2018
The Disaster Artist does a great job of highlighting a strange part of Hollywood, while also making a great character with Tommy Wiseau which is largely thanks to James Franco's great performance. The film has some great cameos and comparisons to the original, however does suffer from being light on story, with a lack of a strong lead role and major theme for the movie.
Never the less, it is sure to please fans of the Room and non fans who may now have to see the original movie.
