Review of The Disappearance of Alice Creed (2009) by Brad G — 06 Dec 2010
An unrelenting kidnapping flick that refuses to release you from the three unlikable leads--Gemma Arteton, Martin Compston, and Eddie Marsan are the only actors in the entire picture and even though they all turn in knock-out intense performances, as the film plodded along I found myself caring less and less for their outcome.
It's obvious from the start that it's not gonna end well and the twists & turns are just as obvious. Meh. Not VF.
