While James and Vaughn have extreme likability, and Ron Howard is known for his great work, The Dilemma really does fall short. It ends up being an overly-dark, odd comedy. While it does contain a few laughs and a great cast, it should have been more...much more. And honestly, people need to take a chill pill about the whole "gay" part. Really? Was it bad enough to boycott the movie? Either way, it was just a mediocre comedy and a huge disappointment considering the talent involved. Sigh...
