While SBC's latest movie holds a few laughs early on, the tasteless humour soon wears thin, becoming practically desperate during its final half hour. It appears that, without the gullible real-life characters who fell for his Borat and Bruno trolling, his fictional dictator isn't nuanced enough to love, hate nor laugh at and comes across as just another unlikable, dumber-than-dumb idiot found in Adam Sandler movies.
Weak.
