Okay, this is a pretty simple plot to follow and doesn't pose any major twists but The Dictator delivers good old raunchy laughs. Warning to all women, this movie never ceases to poke fun at them. Example: (after delivering a child) "I have some bad news.
It's a girl. Where is a trash can?".
