A few laugh out loud moments followed by pure stupidity and you are left with Sacha Baron Cohen nowhere near his best. The Dictator has a moment or two where you feel it could be a great comedy but lacks the overall intelligence to be anything more than immature comedy bent on sight gags and stereotyping.
