Rarely does a movie manage to literally insult everyone, no matter who you are. Good job movie! So the Dictator follows a stereotypical ruler of a pretty shitty country. But his stereotype is only one that this movie makes fun of, it literally probably made fun of everyone who saw it in theaters.

Live in America, it makes fun of you. White, black, Jewish, you fucking name it. And a lot of the scenes are just random skits almost, and they don't affect the plot really that much. It's like the weird adventures of this asshole dictator in America.

About half the movie in the two hour movie is relevant, but it's not like some scenes aren't funny. Notice how I said some scenes, because some are pretty... bad. And if we're talking about how funny it is, some parts are better than others.

Personally I could have used another ten minutes with John C. Reiley's character. But it's not like a big time laugh out comedy you'll show your friends when you need to play a funny movie, it's that movie you'll probably only watch once, and you'll be entertained the whole thing through with some good laughs.

And I know some people are just going to say how offensive this movie is, and how such asshole stereotypical racist remarks are the death of mankind. But comedy is suppose to air out the bad. It's positive and negatives, and the negative correlates with the positive, so if we can all calm down, that'd be good.

And it is trying to be offensive, it's trying so hard! By saying it's offensive in an insult form you're just kind of stating the obvious. So it's a comedy kind of all over the place with racist remarks with a lot of vulgar language and dick jokes, so definitely not a movie to see with your mom.

Besides that it doesn't have that much going for it. Like literally, there's not much to talk about it. As far as acting goes, I feel everyone did there job enough. I got to see the chick from the Scary Movie series look like a fourteen year boy, and that was funny.

Again, John C. Reiley was awesome. As far as characters go, each one was about as racist and funny as the next. Although, I also think some of the running gags like the whole execution thing work, and that's a good thing, 'cause they do use it a lot.

All in all I was somewhere between a six and a seven, but I'll say it's good. It's a good watch once, but not really worth buying, not unless you can find it for less than five bucks. But it's a good movie, and is a good time.

By the way, today's colors are in red, white, and blue... hey it's suppose to fit the movie.
