Review of The Diary of Anne Frank (1959) by Tristan G — 07 May 2009
For those who have a heart and really want to understand what it means to be a jew and go in hiding, this is a must for all true-inspiring but yet suffering type of film. Such sadness, but yet hope that all will be well.
For many, very few surivors during the period of the Halocaust. Such a sad occasion. Most of thse movies, I do not have the stomach to watch. This film was made where you still have heart and had compassion but in the same time not getting to the point like THE PIANIST where you felt like you were getting a heart attack because of what was happening to the jews.
May history never repeat itself again like this.
