Review of The Devil's Rejects (2005) by Kendall I — 01 Oct 2012
"Did I stutter,bitch?".
Another one of Zombie's best. It's gritty, sadistic, gory, twisted, and just plain insane! But if you're a horror lover,it's all fun. The plot is when the cops track down Baby,Otis,Captain Spaulding and the rest, they have to go on the run and get away. It's the most twisted movie I have ver seen, and we have Rob Zombie to thank for that, especially if you're a horror fan. The acting was brilliant! Sid Haig will forever remain as one of my favorite horror actors. The soundtrack was great as well, along with the babes. I also liked how the bad guys are the protagonist, and the good guys are the antagonists. So,you end up cheering for the bad guys to win. The only things about this movie that bring it down are that I hate the ending, not to spoil it,and though I like twisted things, this one was too twisted and felt unnsettling. Overall, great horror fun-but a little too twisted with a hateful ending.
