Dominic Cooper is electric as the body double of a ruthless tyrant, yet slightly over the top as that same tyrant. All in all, he is superb in these vastly different duel roles that are wasted in a flat story, with a weak romantic element.
At times I felt I was watching a remake of Scarface. My advice, don't rush out to see this film.
