Review of The Devil's Double (2011) by Matthew A — 18 Nov 2011
A very interesting movie which doesn't quite reach the heights of Scarface or Goodfellas. The movie is based around Uday Hassain, the son of Saddam Hussian. The cinematography is superb and it is shot very well but the script does lack that bit of something special to make it a classic.
Only at the end of the movie did I realise that Dominic Cooper actually played both parts - either silly of me expecting it couldn't have been done or very cleverly directed. You decide. I might watch it again now.
