Review of The Devil's Double (2011) by Chris D — 19 Aug 2011
This does have the feel of a middle eastern low budget scarface, but you can't help but get sucked in by the intrigue that a lunatic such as Uday existed in recent time.
Dominic Cooper does a great in both roles, and to a certain extent it is a shame that Uday overshadows the hero of the film.
At times the film does seem to get a bit confused with where it s going, and suffers pace wise as a result but big budget art house feel does sit right with tone of the film.
