Review of The Devil's Advocate (1997) by Lucy M — 01 Dec 2009
Average thriller/horror which provides Al Pacino to shout a lot and Keanu Reeves to act less wooden than usual. Charlize Theron is the best thing on show here, in a very solid debut performance. It's not a terrible film, but there's no surprise that it didn't trouble any voters come the awards season.
